Apart from your email address, there is no need to register any other information.
From the perspective of protecting personal information, we sometimes receive inquiries about whether it is okay not to register personal information such as email addresses and names in the PLS system.
In the case of list entries, it is possible to use dummy data such as employee numbers or initials for the names entered in the list, but it is necessary to set a real email address. This is because the login information, including the initial password, is sent to the email.
We also ask you to enter information about the trainees (industry, age, position, etc.) as a face sheet for statistical analysis, but there is no need to retain any personal information, so there is no particular problem.
Even in the case of self-entry, the system is designed to send information to the entered email address, so you will need to use a real email address. However, there is no particular problem if you can receive it even if it is a free address or a personal address.
