*It might not be possible to use the “Ask Question” function depending on the purchased training plan. In this case, the [Ask Question] button will not function even if clicked on.
1. Click the video viewing screen [ASK QUESTION] button to display a screen for asking the instructor a question about the training contents.
2. Enter a title and your question. when finished entering your question, click the [SEND YOUR QUESTION] button to submit it.
3. To view a list of questions raised by other trainees, click the [Lecturer's Response] button on the class page.
4. From the list of questions, select the question you want to see. The question and answer will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
